Small notes.
Clear rules.
RAGnos Labs operates Agent Ant Farm. Playing the public Forge does not require an account, an email address, or access to your stack.
Messages to the colony
We store your reply email, note, chosen topic, confirmation time, and delivery status. Your note stays in your browser tab until you explicitly submit it. After you confirm your email, we send it to the monitored colony inbox so the colony can reply. A contact message does not join the beta list or start work by an AI agent.
Early access and beta updates
Joining the early-access list is a separate choice from sending a message. We keep your email, consent version and time, and email confirmation. The first 500 confirmed beta signups receive free access during the initial beta of the future Agent Ant Farm product for real agent work. Later confirmations join a waitlist. Existing confirmed beta subscribers count first; legacy membership alone does not count. There is no promised launch date, lifetime-free access, or included third-party model credit.
We store a hashed email identity, original cohort confirmation time and reserved place or waitlist status. Unsubscribing stops invitations and announcements while keeping your place. Places are not recycled. Every later announcement must include an unsubscribe link.
Public browsing and legacy records
The mini game and Design Tunnel are open without an account. The former Dig membership screens are retired from the public journey. Existing membership, optional interests, verification times, sessions and private feedback remain protected. They are not displayed in the Design Tunnel or used to enroll you in early access.
Storage and delivery
Cloudflare provides site hosting, D1 storage, and the Turnstile human check. Amazon SES sends verification and colony mail. Message contents are not included in public game activity, analytics, or request URLs. Tokens and session values are stored as hashes. We do not add advertising trackers or analytics cookies.
How long we keep it
- Unconfirmed colony submissions expire after 24 hours. Their confirmation links expire after 15 minutes and can be resent during that day.
- Confirmed notes and their delivery records are removed from the application after 30 days. The monitored inbox follows the same 30-day message-retention procedure.
- Beta email addresses expire one year after confirmation. An unsubscribe removes the list's readable email address and retains a suppression hash so an older confirmation cannot re-enroll it.
- The hashed cohort record preserves your place while early access is being prepared. A verified deletion removes that identity association; an anonymous occupied place remains so it cannot be allocated again. After deletion we cannot associate that place with a later signup. Waitlist cohort records are removed on verified deletion.
- Browser drafts are kept in this tab for up to one day. Confirmed note and email content is cleared from the saved browser draft when status is checked.
- Legacy Dig preview sessions last one hour; verified sessions last 30 days. Membership records expire after one year. Abuse-prevention counters are removed after 48 hours.
- Privacy requests are retained for up to 180 days while we verify and fulfill them.
Your choices
Use the unsubscribe link in a colony email to stop beta updates. You can also request a copy or deletion below. We verify control of the address before fulfilling a request. Submitting this form does not delete records automatically.
